Bernardete Castro

Bernardete Castro has over 23 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, they are the Managing Director of SHE-Q Sustainability at Royal IHC, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at MTI Holland - IHC Merwede, where they held multiple roles including Manager R&D, Project Manager R&D, Sr. Research Engineer, and Research and Development Engineer. Their responsibilities included research and development of sustainable equipment, exploring innovative technologies, and improving product quality.
