Lainey Bonsell

Lainey Bonsell serves as the Co-Team Lead of the LThome Collective since July 2021 and manages new agent training and mentorship at Royal LePage Estate Realty since September 2004, focusing on best practices in the Greater Toronto Area housing market. Additionally, Lainey operates LBdesigns, an interior design business specializing in staging, re-decorating, and color consultations since January 2003. Lainey's career began as an administrator at Royal LePage Homeward Brokerage from February 2003 to September 2004 and included a role as Youth Staff with Carnival Cruise Lines from July 2002 to January 2003. Lainey holds credentials from OREA College (2003-2004) and the International Academy of Design and Technology (1999-2001).
