Denise Dilbey

Denise Dilbey, CCIM, is an accomplished real estate professional and Executive Director of the Guelph & District Association of REALTORS®, with extensive experience in commercial and luxury real estate. Active in various capacities since 2004, Denise has held numerous leadership roles, including member of the Governance Committee and past president of the Brampton Real Estate Board. Currently affiliated with several organizations, including CCIM Central Canada Chapter and Royal LePage Commercial, Denise is recognized for expertise in upper-tier markets with designations such as Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and Certified International Property Specialist. Denise holds degrees in Public Relations, Marketing Communications, and Human Resources from esteemed institutions such as Schulich School of Business and Humber College.
