Antonio Marino has a diverse work experience, primarily in meteorology. Antonio currently holds multiple roles at the Royal Meteorological Society (RMetS) as a Chartered Meteorologist, Vice Presidente, and Meteorologo AMPRO. Antonio is also a Registered Meteorologist at RMet and a Meteorologo AMPRO at Emergenze Civitavecchia and Tolfarte. Antonio has been working in the field since 1988 when they started as a Graduate Military and Registered Meteorologist at Guardia di Finanza. Antonio served in the military until 2021.
Antonio Marino began their education in 1978 at the Istituto tecnico nautico Luigi di Savoia Duca degli Abruzzi di Napoli. Antonio obtained a Diploma Tecnico Nautico di Aspirante al Comando di Navi Mercantili, with a focus on Navigazione, Arte Navale, Meteorologia, and Inglese Tecnico Nautico. Antonio attended this school until 1984.
In 1988, Antonio enrolled in the Scuola Nautica della Guardia di Finanza di Gaeta. Antonio completed a Corso per nomina Finanziere, which covered Ordinamento militare della Guardia di Finanza e servizi di Istituto and Cultura generale. Antonio also pursued a Nocchiere abilitato alla condotta di unità minori della Guardia di Finanza, specializing in Navigazione, Meteorologia, and Trasmissione Radio. Antonio finished their studies in 1989 at this institution.
In addition to their formal education, Antonio Marino has also obtained several certifications. In 2019, they became a Meteorologo AMPRO through the AMPRO Associazione Meteo Professionisti. In 2021, they achieved the title of Registered Meteorologists - RMet from the Royal Meteorological Society (RMetS). A year later, in 2022, they obtained the Certificato di Tecnico Meteorologo from DEKRA Product Testing & Certification. Their most recent certification is the Chartered Meteorologist - CMet granted by the Royal Meteorological Society (RMetS) in 2023.
