Revathi Iyer

Revathi Iyer possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving in a Human Resources role at the Royal Ontario Museum since January 2023. Prior to this, Revathi worked at GS1 Canada as a Human Resources Generalist and HR Administrator from May 2019 to January 2023. Experience at TD as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator from March 2018 to April 2019 included the management of new hire processes and candidate onboarding. Revathi also excelled as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at CompuCom from January 2014 to January 2018, where responsibilities included the development of HR programs and policy implementation. Earlier roles include Human Resource Consultant at Krayon Pictures, with a focus on employee recruitment, orientation, and relations. Revathi's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Human Resource from Middlesex University and completion of an HR Bridging Program in 2018.
