Simon Redman has extensive work experience in finance and administration roles. Simon started their career as a Management Accountant/Management Trainee at Marley Transport Ltd in 1975. Simon then worked as a Project Accountant at Scicon UK Ltd from 1980 to 1983. After that, they were a Senior Financial Analyst at Black & Decker Ltd from 1983 to 1986. Simon then joined Abbott Laboratories Ltd as a Financial Planning Manager from 1986 to 1988. From 1988 to 1999, Simon worked at AssiDoman Sacks (UK) Ltd as a UK Finance and IT Director & Company Secretary, where they played a crucial role in divestment, acquisition, and performance turnaround. In 1999, they became the Finance Director and Company Secretary at A.Cohen & Co plc, where they successfully turned around the company's performance. From 2001 to 2012, Simon served as the Director of Finance and Administration at Kent Police, where they had overall responsibility for support services and implemented various cost reduction measures. Currently, Simon holds the position of Director of Finance and Resources at the Royal Pharmaceutical Society since 2012.
Simon Redman attended Dulwich College from 1969 to 1975. Simon then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies at the University of West London from 1975 to 1979, where they successfully completed their studies with a 2.1 honors classification.
