Robin S. Cox, PhD is a lead expert and researcher at Secretan Consulting since 2004. At Royal Roads University, Robin S. serves as a Professor, Program Head of the Masters program in Disaster and Emergency Management, and Director of the Resilience By Design Research Lab since 2005. Overall, their work focuses on disaster behavioral health and disaster psychosocial planning.
