Vincent Wentink

Vincent Wentink has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Vincent currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at Royal SMIT Transformers B.V. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at the same company. Before joining Royal SMIT Transformers B.V., Vincent served as an Associate HR Director at Astellas Pharma US, where they were responsible for the Meppel manufacturing site. Vincent also worked at Abbott, where they held the role of BHR District Manager Operations North-East Netherlands and later as a HR Business Manager at Abbott Laboratories in Zwolle, The Netherlands. Vincent's early career included various HR positions at Wageningen University & Research and a role as a Consultant Talent Search at Vedior Professional Services.

Vincent Wentink's education history begins with their completion of the Havo/VWO program at Revius in Deventer, The Netherlands, between 1980 and 1989. Vincent then pursued their Master's degree in Environmental Sciences at Radboud University from 1989 to 1996. In 1998, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in HR Management from Fontys University of Applied Sciences. Vincent further expanded their education with the completion of the Young Executive Program at de Baak in 2001 and 2002. Throughout their career, they attended various training programs, including ones at Abbott Europe in 2010 and 2011, which focused on working within HR models and analyzing organizational effectiveness. In 2011, Vincent also pursued HRM as a Business Partner at AOG School of Management. Continuing their professional development, they completed the Strategic HR Business Partner Program at TIAS School for Business and Society from 2016 to 2017. Additionally, in 2017, Vincent participated in the Discover Excellence program offered by the Shingo Institute.
