Robbie Pastoor

Robbie Pastoor is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Chief People & Culture Officer at Royal Swinkels Family Brewers since November 2022, Robbie previously held the position of HR Director EMEA at Jack Link's EMEA and Operations Director at Hezelaer. Throughout a notable career at Perfetti Van Melle from 2001 to 2018, Robbie progressed from HR Manager to Regional HR Director for Asia Pacific and NWCE Europe, managing HR activities for the company's North West Central & Eastern Europe & Poland regions. Additional leadership experience includes chairing the VNO-NCW Brabant Zeeland and serving as HR Manager and Senior HR Consultant in Brazil and China respectively. Robbie holds a Master’s degree in Social Sciences from Utrecht University and has completed multiple executive education programs, including High Performance Leadership at IMD and Business Strategy for HR Leaders at INSEAD.
