Dr. Sharmila Sharan is currently an Associate Professor at Royal Thimphu College in Bhutan and has experience in various roles in the field of fashion design, merchandise, and marketing. With a Ph.D. in Management and an MBA in Retail Management, Dr. Sharmila has worked in different companies such as Kathmandu College of Management, Style Variation, Amber Creations Pvt. Ltd, and more. Their expertise includes product processing, market analysis, quality assurance, inventory management, and guest sessions in institutions and industries.
