Kelly Meier

Kelly Meier has extensive work experience in operations and supply chain management. Starting in 2000, they worked as a Progressive Header Operator at Textron Fastening Systems. They then served as an Operations/Value Stream Manager at Cherry Aerospace from 2001-2008. From 2007-2009, they were a Manufacturing Manager at Allfast Fastening Systems. In 2010, they held two roles, one as a Lean Manufacturing Consultant at 3V Fasteners Division of Penn Engineering and another as a Plant Manager at Saturn Fasteners-Acument Global Technologies. At Saturn Fasteners, they also served as the General Manager of the Aerospace Strategic Business Unit and had complete responsibility for the entire P&L of the business unit. From 2014-2017, they worked as the Director of Operations at Royal Truck Body. They then served as a Plant Manager at BYD in 2017-2018. From 2018-2021, they held the position of Supply Chain Director at RTC Aerospace. In 2021-2022, they worked as an Operations Manager at Opto Diode Corp. Currently, since December 2022, they are the Director of Operations at Royal Truck Body.

Kelly Meier attended San Clemente High School, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. After completing high school, Kelly went on to attend the University of Phoenix from 1999 to 2003, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. In addition to their formal education, Kelly also holds a certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt, although the institution, month, and year of obtaining the certification are not provided.
