Mikkel Madvig

Mikkel Madvig is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Chief People Officer and Head of Group HR at Royal Unibrew since August 2022. Previously, Mikkel owned Mikkel Madvig ApS from June 2016 to August 2022 and held significant roles at Maersk Group, including Senior Director in Group Talent Management. Mikkel has also contributed as an Executive Board Member for the Consortium for Global Talent, Managing Director at A&D Resources, and Managing Consultant at Mannaz, focusing on leadership and organizational development. Past experience includes positions at Right Management, A.P. Moller - Maersk, Danish Defense, and Sct.
