Erik Vaag

Erik Vaag has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Erik is currently serving as the Director of HR & Compliance at Royal Unibrew, a leading multi-beverage company. Prior to this, they worked as an Executive Advisor at AS3 Executive, providing outplacement, coaching, and mentoring services to top executives. Erik also owned and operated Braatevaag AS, a property development company that rents out modern cabins. Additionally, Erik has held senior positions at StrongPoint, ISCO Group AS, Amesto, Coca-Cola European Partners, Alpharma, Coop Norge, and NAV, where they gained extensive experience in human resources, management consulting, and executive search.

Erik Vaag attended the University of South-Eastern Norway from 1989 to 1993, obtaining a Cand.mag/Bachelor of Finance degree. Erik then continued their education at the same university from 1993 to 1995, earning a Cand.merc/MBA in Management degree.
