Kasia Fiderkiewicz

Kasia Fiderkiewicz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, retail management, and advisory roles. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Programme Manager for the NHSCVR at Royal Voluntary Service since August 2017, Kasia has held various positions including Learning and Development Partner and Retail Trainer within the same organization. Prior roles include Retail Store Manager at T2 Tea and Retail Development Manager at National Trust. Kasia's earlier experience includes brand management at Al Mana for LUSH, managing stores for LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics in Australia and New Zealand, and volunteering with Sapa O'Chau and VSO. Kasia's career began at One NorthEast, where multiple specialist advisory roles were undertaken. Academically, Kasia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Archaeology from Durham University, earned between 2000 and 2003.
