Michael Angelo Reali has a diverse work experience. Michael Angelo started their career at Wounded Warrior House at Gettysburg College, where they served as the Founder/Co-president, organizing fundraisers and raising over $1,500 for the Wounded Warrior Project. Michael Angelo then joined Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity as the Recruitment Chair. In 2015, they worked as an Environmental Technician/Analyst at Impact Environmental.

In 2016, Michael joined Royal Waste Services, Inc., where they began as a Sales and Customer Service Representative. Michael Angelo then progressed to become the Sustainability & Customer Service Manager, responsible for implementing waste diversion strategies and creating environmentally responsible recycling solutions for clients. Later, they became the VP of Sustainability and Account Executive, and they currently hold the position of VP of Business Development & Operations.

Michael Angelo Reali attended Paul D. Schreiber Senior High School from 2008 to 2011. However, no degree or field of study is provided for this period. Michael Angelo later pursued further education at Gettysburg College from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Environmental Studies.
