Alison Cross

Alison Cross has diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Alison most recently held the position of Head of Human Resources at the Royal Yachting Association. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Human Resources at the SARR Hotel Group and Crowne Plaza Basingstoke and Mecure The Noke. Alison also had a managerial role as the Human Resources Manager at The Ageas Bowl. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Group People and Development Manager at Lime Wood Group and Home Grown Hotels, and held various HR positions at Q Hotels, Sainsbury's, and Indesit Company. Alison began their career as a Counters Assistant at Waitrose.

Alison Cross completed their HND in Tourism Management from Solent University in the years 2002 to 2005. Alison later pursued a PgD in Personnel and Development, specializing in HR - CIPD Level 7, from Solent University between 2014 and 2016.
