Manoj Varghese

Manoj Varghese is an experienced medical records professional with a career spanning over 15 years in healthcare management. Currently serving as the Assistant Medical Records Manager for Royale Hayat Hospital since March 2012, Manoj oversees overall medical records management, conducts audits, and aligns practices with international classification standards, including ICD-10. Prior to this role, Manoj worked as a Medical Records Technician at NMC Healthcare, focusing on medical coding, auditing, and compliance with Dubai Health Authority requirements. Earlier experience includes roles in data management, medical transcription, and teaching health sciences. Manoj holds a Bachelor of Science in Zoology and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Records Management, as well as a Master of Science in Environmental Science.
