Alyssa Borenstein

Alyssa Borenstein, CPA, currently serves as Assistant Controller at Royalty Pharma since May 2022. Previously, Alyssa held positions as Senior Manager of Accounting at Billie, Inc. and Senior Accountant at Casper. Alyssa's career commenced at KPMG, progressing from Audit Intern to Audit Manager, where extensive experience was gained in accounting and auditing for significant SEC public and private venture-capital backed companies, particularly in Real Estate, Retail, and Consumer Goods. Highlights of Alyssa's expertise include managing financial statement audits, implementing accounting standards, training audit teams, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP and IFRS. Alyssa holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Hunter College and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University at Buffalo.
