Cindy Gregory

Cindy Gregory is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience across various sectors, including transport, construction, and financial services. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Royans Transport Accident Repairs since May 2020, Cindy plays a critical role in the company's transformation and expansion in Australia and New Zealand, overseeing financial reporting, audit, and M&A integration. As CFO of Pro FX since 2007, Cindy provides commercial advice and manages financial operations for the construction SME. Previous roles include Head of Strategic Initiatives at Opteon, where Cindy led M&A efforts and international market expansion, and various positions at ANZ, Standard Chartered Bank, and CDC Group plc, focusing on investment management, financial reporting, and strategic planning. Cindy is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from RMIT University.
