Alyssa Brodzinski

Alyssa Brodzinski is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and financial law. Currently serving as a Partner and Counsel at Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC since September 2015, Brodzinski previously held the position of Senior Vice President and Senior Counsel at Capmark from April 2008 to August 2015. Earlier in their career, Brodzinski worked as an Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and Thacher Proffitt & Wood LLP, specializing in business and finance as well as corporate and financial institutions. Brodzinski holds a Juris Doctor degree with honors from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Government with a focus on Bioethics from the University of Virginia.
