Laura Reinhold

Laura Reinhold serves as an Associate at Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC since April 2017, where the focus is on empowering client ambitions with an entrepreneurial approach. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Duane Morris LLP from February 2015 to April 2017, providing outside counsel to emerging growth companies in life sciences and technology, and facilitating venture capital investments. Laura also held an Associate position at McGuireWoods from October 2010 to February 2015, collaborating with corporate, real estate, and restructuring groups. Earlier roles include internships at the U.S. Department of Justice and HUD, as well as academic positions at Georgia State University. Laura Reinhold earned a Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and French from Emory University.
