Neil Cooper

Neil Cooper is an Executive Partner at Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC, where the focus is on empowering ambition through entrepreneurial legal services since November 2009. Previously, Neil Cooper served as Managing Member of Cooper Law Group, LLC, providing outsourced general counsel services from January 2003 to November 2009. From 1998 to 2002, Neil Cooper was the General Counsel for EXE Technologies, a publicly listed software company. Early in the career, Neil Cooper worked as an Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, a prestigious international law firm, from 1995 to 1998. Academically, Neil Cooper holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School (1995) and an A.B. in Government from Harvard University (1991), along with education from The Haverford School (1987).
