Jesse Chiang MHA, RN is an experienced healthcare professional with extensive expertise in case management and palliative care. Currently serving as a UM Case Manager at Los Angeles Air Force since September 2019, Jesse has also held positions as an RNCM at Roze Room Hospice and as a Case Manager/Hospice Nurse at VITAS Healthcare since 2018 and 2017, respectively. Previous roles include Case Manager/RN at Health Essentials LLC and ACHC RN Committee Member at PharMedQuest, where responsibilities encompassed policy review, patient safety, and accreditation preparation.
