Rosana Alaniz Lcsw

Rosana Alaniz, LCSW, is a dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience in individual therapy and hospice care. As the founder and licensed clinical social worker at Luz y Sombra, LLC since June 2023, Rosana specializes in telehealth therapy for adults, conducting psychological assessments and developing treatment plans. In addition to this role, Rosana has served as a hospice social worker at Roze Room Hospice since November 2019, providing emotional support and community resources to terminally ill patients. Previous experience includes positions as a psychotherapist at LifeStance Health and Penny Lane Centers, focusing on individualized therapy for elderly patients and adolescents, respectively, as well as volunteer and internship roles in mental health settings.
