NandKumar Rajamanickam has worked in the IT industry since 2000. NandKumar began their career as a Senior Software Engineer at JAC Qualisoft in 2000. In 2005, they moved to HTMT as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2006, they joined Mindtree as a Lead Technical Specialist. From 2009 to 2012, they worked at Ness Technologies and Amadeus India as a Manager - Development. In 2019, they became a Senior Manager - Engineering: Website, Growth Hacks, MQL & Mobile for Technology Division at Simplilearn. In 2020, they were a Senior Technical Consultant at S.M. Technologies. Currently, they are a Senior Engineering Manager - Project Delivery Governance & Information Delivery Practice at Rozie.AI.

NandKumar Rajamanickam received their Master of Computer Applications - MCA from Bharathiar University between 1997 and 2000, with a focus on Computer Science. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Sc. in Physics from Kongunadu Arts and Science College between 1994 and 1997. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Scrum.org (Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) in April 2021), NIIT Limited (Professional Diploma in Network Centered Computing in December 2000), and the Project Management Institute (Project Management Professional (PMP) in July 2022).
