Claudio Perrella

Claudio Perrella is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in insurance and liability law. Since January 2020, Claudio has served as a Partner at RPLT RP legalitax, providing expert advice to insurers, manufacturers, policyholders, and brokers on coverage disputes and recovery actions related to major casualties and mass torts. Prior to this role, Claudio was a Partner and Lawyer at LS Lexjus Sinacta from May 2012 to January 2020, where responsibilities included managing non-contentious matters such as policy wording and contract drafting. Claudio’s legal career began at AST Legal as a Partner from January 2005 to May 2012. Claudio holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II and a post-graduate qualification in Shipping and Insurance Law from City of London Polytechnic.
