Subir Verma

Subir Verma is an experienced human resources leader with a robust background in the power and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director and CHRO of the Power Business at RP Sanjiv Goenka Group since January 2024, Subir oversees HR, Admin, CSR, and Medical teams for various operations, including generation plants and renewable business. Previously, Subir held significant HR roles at TATA Power, including Head of HR for T&D Cluster Companies and Chief HR, IR, and HS at Tata Power-DDL. Additional experience includes leadership positions in TATA Communications, Augere India, and Reliance Communications, with expertise in talent management, organizational design, and strategy development. Subir holds an Advance Management Program degree from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a PG in Management from Xavier Institute of Management.
