Kumar Saurav

Kumar Saurav is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic technology alliances and human resources management. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager at RPA Infotech India Pvt Ltd since August 2019, Kumar leads the development and governance of alliances with vendors and partners, focusing on negotiation, operational planning, and management. Prior to this role, positions included AGM of Technology Vendor Alliances and Program Manager, as well as Business Partner in Technical HR at Caliber Human Resources and Outsourcing Services, where contributions were made to integrate HR practices with business strategies. Earlier experience at the Central Tool Room & Training Centre involved technical training and recruitment. Kumar holds a PG degree in Data Science from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
