Karen Hendy

Karen Hendy is an experienced corporate lawyer currently serving as the Head of Corporate and Corporate Partner at RPC since May 2010. With a focus on international and domestic transactions, Karen specializes in M&A, joint ventures, and equity capital markets, advising a diverse clientele, including listed companies and their subsidiaries, with particular expertise in the retail sector. Prior to RPC, Karen was a corporate associate at Allen & Overy LLP from September 2000 to August 2007, where involvement included a wide range of public and private company transactions. Karen holds a law degree from Durham University.
