Jason Richards

Jason Richards is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in systems engineering and operations within the defense and intelligence sectors. Beginning a notable career in the US Army as a Farsi Linguist and progressing to the role of Intelligence Officer, Jason transitioned to notable positions at SAIC, where roles included DCGS-A Operations Lead and USF-I J2 R&S Intelligence Systems Architect. Subsequent positions at Leidos and Sotera Defense Solutions showcased leadership as a Site Lead, followed by a role as an Integration Engineer at Insight Global. Currently, at RPI Group, Inc., Jason serves as Engineering Manager, Operations Engineer, and Senior Systems Specialist, further solidifying a robust technical and managerial background. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from New Mexico State University.
