Philippe Bekkers

Philippe Bekkers has extensive experience in financial management and accounting, currently serving as the European Controller and Manager of Internal Audit Europe at RPM International Inc. since November 2020. Prior roles include EMEA Controller at A. Schulman, Inc., where Philippe led a team of 12 country controllers and oversaw financial reporting for approximately 30 entities across Europe. Philippe's background also encompasses various managerial and accounting positions at companies such as IKO Industries, Asahi Glass Co., Ltd., Alcoa, and ITW, building expertise in shared service centers, USGAAP compliance, and team leadership. Philippe holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Economics from HZ University and has additional education in Accounting and Finance through Erasmus and studies at the University of Heidelberg.
