Briana Brosnan

Briana Brosnan is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in property accounting and financial management. Currently serving as the Sr Director of Property Accounting at RPM Living since July 2020, Briana has previously held several roles at both RPM Living and Alliance Residential Company, including Director of Accounting and Controller. Briana's expertise encompasses a wide range of accounting activities, such as journal entries preparation, cash position monitoring, tax calculations, and financial reporting. Earlier positions include Staff Accountant at Health Services Advisory Group, Inc., where responsibilities included General Ledger reconciliation and A/P processing, and various roles at GO Financial, where Briana managed customer refunds, payment transactions, and vendor setups. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting from Northern Arizona University.
