Grant Holder

Grant Holder, CAM, has over a decade of experience in the multifamily housing industry. Currently serving as a Senior Portfolio Analyst at RPM Living since August 2020, Grant previously held various positions at Alliance Residential Company from January 2013 to August 2020, culminating in the role of Senior Community Support Administrator. Earlier experience includes roles as a Leasing Consultant at Triangle Residences and Stassney Woods Apartments, as well as a Records Technician with Smiles by Dr. Farrah. Grant began the career in property management as a Sales Associate and progressed to Assistant Business Manager, showcasing a strong trajectory of growth and expertise in the field. Grant holds a High School Diploma from McCallum High School and attended Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology from 2003 to 2008.
