Tana Duong

Tana Duong, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Regional Human Resources Manager at RPM Living since December 2023. Prior to this, Tana held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment from May 2021 to December 2023, where Tana provided strategic consultation, resolved complex employee relations issues, and managed full-cycle recruitment initiatives for a high-volume workforce. Tana's earlier experience includes roles as a Human Resources Specialist at Midland Credit Management, a Sales and Recruiting Manager at Ultimate Staffing, and an Executive Team Lead at Target, among others. Tana holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from Whittier College, obtained in 2017.
