Myracle Jackson

Myracle Jackson is an experienced Information Systems Developer/Analyst at RPS 205 since January 2020, responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining district-wide reports and forms, as well as troubleshooting issues within Cognos. Previously, Myracle held the position of Recruiting Coordinator, where responsibilities included creating and maintaining spreadsheets for local colleges and ensuring referential integrity across platforms. Prior experience includes serving as a Geek Squad Consultation Agent at Best Buy, focusing on customer engagement and problem-solving, as well as completing an internship at The Y (YMCA) that involved time management and project reporting. Myracle holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Rockford University and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from Rock Valley College.
