Frank Janku

Frank is responsible for RPS’ finance, accounting, legal and administrative activities. Frank also supports RPS’ investment process and oversees portfolio companies in the area of Financial Management and Accounting. Previously, Frank served in Accounting and Financial Management positions at Boeing Corporation and ESCO Technologies. Frank joined Rantec Power Systems Inc, as CFO in 1999 and is a founder of RPS Holdings.

He holds BS Accounting from Saint Luis University and MS Accounting from University of Missouri.
