Debby Dragoo

Debby Dragoo is an accomplished architect and BIM manager with extensive experience in project management and construction administration. At RQ Construction since December 2012, Debby leads architectural projects. Previous roles include project manager at Groth Architects Inc., overseeing new construction and modernization projects for the Oceanside Unified School District, and managing commercial projects at Ware Malcomb. Earlier positions as job captain at Groth Architects Inc. and Gensler involved construction document organization and consultant coordination. Debby's design acumen is highlighted by a notable achievement as an intern at Architekturbuero Furkert, where a third-prize winning competition entry for a city block redevelopment was created. Debby earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Tennessee and is furthering education at the University of Technology, Cracow.
