Thomas Clark

Thomas Clark is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the construction and design sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager at GAFCON since May 2017, Thomas contributes to the Prop M Bond Program for Palomar Community College. In addition to this role, Thomas has been a Design Project Manager at RQ Construction since July 2012 and previously held positions including Facilities Manager with the Escondido Union High School District from October 2009 to July 2012 and Associate Principal at HMC Architects from June 2005 to March 2009. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Colorado Boulder, earned between 1969 and 1974.
