Will Shin

Will Shin has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Will is currently the Chief Risk Officer at RQD* Clearing since April 2022. Prior to their current role, they worked at VOLANT TRADING as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Risk Officer, starting in January 2009. Will founded and served as the Managing Director of Velox Trading Systems GmbH from 2003 to 2008. Will also worked as the Head of European Trading at BOTTA Derivatives Trading GmbH and BOTTA Investment UK Limited from 1997 to 2002. Will started their career as an Options Market Maker at Chicago International Arbitrage in 1995 and then went on to work at Chicago Board Options Exchange as an Options Market Maker and Designated Primary Market Maker from 1991 to 1995. Will began their career as a Trader's Assistant at Baring Securities in 1990.
