Amber Battles

Amber Battles serves as the Director of Program Implementations at RQI Partners, LLC, where responsibilities include leading a team of implementation managers, developing selling strategies, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and ensuring successful program launches. Previously, Amber held the position of Regional Sales Director, Customer Success and Impact, overseeing a team of Impact Managers and achieving over $30 million in renewal and expansion contracts. Earlier roles include Director of Business Development at RQI Partners, where Amber generated over $164 million in qualified leads, and various positions at the American Heart Association, including Account Manager and Regional Manager. Amber's career also includes marketing and fundraising roles at United Cerebral Palsy and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Amber holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications/Public Relations from The University of Texas at Austin.
