Heather Oberholtzer is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as the Manager of Learning & Development at RQM+ since May 2021, Heather leads organizational initiatives to align talent development with business objectives. Previously, Heather held multiple roles at Cigna from 2001 to 2014, culminating in the position of Global Learning Manager, where oversight included managing the learning function for over 1500 employees and collaborating with leaders to identify training needs.
