Marie Demblon

Marie Demblon has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Marie is currently working as the Director of Human Resources - Europe at RQM+, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to this role, Marie was the HR Manager - Europe at RQM+ from September 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining RQM+, Marie worked at BESIX as the HR Manager - Franki Foundations from January 2017 to September 2021. In this role, they were responsible for managing human resources for Franki Foundations, a leading expert in deep foundation techniques in the European market.

Marie's previous experience includes working as an HR Generalist at Dow Corning Europe from February 2013 to January 2017. Marie also served as an HR Business Partner at Orangina Schweppes from November 2009 to March 2013.

Prior to that, Marie worked as an HR Consultant at van Turenhoudt & Partners from May 2006 to December 2009. Marie started their career as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young from November 2004 to May 2006.

Marie Demblon completed their Master's Degree in Law from UCL between the years 1993 and 1998. Marie also obtained a Professional Coach Certification from the Leading & Coaching Academy and received MBTI certification from the MBTI Business Training Institute. In 2014, they obtained the MBTI certification from OPP and is also an Insights Discovery Practitioner, although the year of their certification is not specified.
