Steve McKay

Steve McKay has extensive work experience in the business development and healthcare industry. Steve is currently serving as the Senior Director of Business Development at RQM+ since January 2024. Prior to this, they worked at eClinical Solutions as the Director of Business Development from October 2022 to September 2023. Before that, they were the Director of Scientific Collaborations at HTG Molecular Diagnostics from January 2021 to July 2022.

Earlier in their career, Steve worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as an Account Executive from November 2009 to January 2021, where they managed the Clinical Laboratory Business and Services in major hospitals and IDN's. Steve also served as a Regional Manager at Johnson & Johnson's Ortho Clinical Diagnostics from August 2008 to November 2009, overseeing the Vitros Family of Chemistry and Immunochemistry Analyzers for the Southwest Region.

Steve's previous experience includes the role of Regional Manager at Bayer from May 2005 to August 2008, where they managed a team that achieved corporate objectives for the biological injectable Trasylol. Steve began their career at Baxter International Inc., where they held various roles including Regional Manager, Senior Marketing Manager, and Account Manager from December 1995 to February 2005.

Steve McKay attended The University of Texas at Austin, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biology and Psychology. Steve also obtained a certification in US Workplace Harassment (5th Ed.) (Multi-State 50, General) from Syntrio in January 2024.
