Chad B.

Chad B. has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Independent Sales Representative at RR Global Services, LLC. Chad then served in the Army National Guard, retiring in May 2021. Prior to that, they had a long career with the Wisconsin Army National Guard, where they held various positions such as Senior Logistics Manager, Budget and Contract Specialist-Recruiting, Operations and Personnel Readiness Manager, and Logistics Manager. Additionally, they served as an Operations and Logistics Manager, Counterdrug Operations Specialist, and Metal Worker and Technical Logistics Specialist. Their work with the Wisconsin Army National Guard spanned from 1997 to 2021.

Chad B. attended the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay from 2018 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Emergency Management. During their time at the university, they also achieved certifications as a Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) in June 2021 and December 2021. In addition to their bachelor's degree and certifications, Chad has completed several other certifications, including a Certified Logistics Associate (CLA) from the Manufacturing Skill Standards Council in September 2019, as well as multiple SAP Certified Application Professional and Associate certifications in Logistics Execution & Warehouse Management and Financial Consolidation through the US Army, obtained in various years between 2012 and 2016.
