US Human Resources Lead at RR46 Family of Companies

Danielle Woodard's work experience includes serving as a Human Resources Lead at Flint Group of Agencies from 2014 to the present. Danielle is responsible for driving growth-minded strategies and human-centered communication to achieve real-world results. In 2021, Danielle became the US Human Resources Lead for RR46 Family of Companies, overseeing all HR and recruitment initiatives for the company and its US business units. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Human Resources professional at Frank McKone Cigar Co. from 2010 to 2014 and as a Safety Coordinator at Stop-N-Go from 2011 to 2014.

Danielle Woodard holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from North Dakota State University, which they obtained in 2015. Danielle previously completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration at North Dakota State University from 2007 to 2009. In 2005, they also studied Business Administration at the University of North Dakota. Additionally, Danielle has obtained certifications including being a Certified Forklift Trainer from Forklifts of Minnesota, Inc., completing the "Performance Reviews That Motivate" course at Dale Carnegie Training, and being a Trained Supervisor for Reasonable Suspicion Drug Testing at Sanford Health.
