Fletcher Caldwell has a strong background in project management and research. Fletcher is currently working as a Lead Project Manager at RRAI. Previously, they worked at CoStar Group as a Senior Field Research Manager, where they successfully led a team and managed various research and development functions. Before that, they worked as a Mapping Correspondent at Backpacker Magazine and as an Operations Manager at Home Depot, where they contributed to the success of various functions within the company. Fletcher's early work experience includes a role as a Youth Assistant at Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church, where they were responsible for implementing a youth program and producing multimedia presentations.
Fletcher Caldwell obtained a BFA degree in Photography from Syracuse University in the years 1995 to 1999. Additionally, in 1998, they participated in a program on Outdoor Ethics and Leadership at NOLS. Fletcher also holds various certifications, such as BIM Foundations from LinkedIn in 2021, Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from LitheSpeed in December 2019, and a Certificate of Completion in Successfully Managing People from the American Management Association in 2008. Fletcher has obtained certifications in CPR and AED, Leave No Trace Trainer from NOLS, Remote Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration, and Steadicam Operator from Tiffen.
