Elior Kulla

Elior Kulla is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and technical roles. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at RRC since February 2016, Elior has previously held multiple positions at Vodafone Albania, including Terminals Coordinator, Presales Engineer, and Business Continuity Planning Coordinator. In these roles, Elior was responsible for developing business continuity plans, facilitating risk assessments, and managing various messaging services and GPRS back-end systems. Prior experience includes serving as the Deputy Managing Director at ICMES shpk, where Elior oversaw maintenance services for cash processing systems and managed tender bids. Additionally, Elior worked as a Program Assistant and Office Coordinator at the National Democratic Institute, supporting program establishment and staff hiring processes. Elior earned an engineering degree in Electronic Automated Systems from Universiteti Politeknik i Tiranës.
