Kara Goodwin

Kara Goodwin is an experienced legal professional serving as Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Labor, Employment & Compliance at RR Donnelley since June 2019, where responsibilities include advising senior management on employment relationships, executive compensation, and compliance with various federal and state laws. In addition, Kara has been on the Executive Board as Secretary for the Mark Staehely Pediatric Cancer Foundation since November 2012, contributing to the promotion of the organization's mission. Prior experience includes a role as Partner and Senior Associate Employment Attorney at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, focusing on defending employers against complex wage and hour claims and providing preventative legal counsel.
