Scott London

Scott London has extensive experience in operational management within the printing and mailing services industry. Currently serving as Vice President and General Manager at RR Donnelley since December 2005, Scott successfully managed the negotiations and outsourcing for the John Hancock Document Solutions Group and oversees a $10 million print, mail, presort, graphics, and fulfillment plant. Prior to this, Scott held the position of Assistant Vice President of Operations at John Hancock Financial Services, where responsibilities included directing printing, mailing, fulfillment, and graphics services. With earlier roles as Director of Operations at Computer Output Systems and Output Technologies, as well as Vice President at First Data Corporation, Scott has demonstrated strong leadership capabilities and effective project management skills throughout a career that began in the early 1990s. Scott holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Suffolk University.
