Greg Perry

Greg Perry serves as the Vice President of Hospitality Investments at RREAF Holdings, leading asset management for a diverse portfolio of hotels and resorts in the United States. With extensive experience in hospitality management, Perry previously held the position of Vice President for Asset Management & Development at Akoya Hospitality, overseeing luxury hotels across the Caribbean, Mexico, and the United States. Additional roles include Vice President of Lodging Investments at Civitas Capital Group, where Perry focused on underwriting and acquisitions, and Head of Asset Management at Gemstone Real Estate Development LLC, managing mixed-use luxury developments. Perry's career also includes significant contributions at IFA Hotel Investments, managing a $1 billion portfolio, and serving as a Senior Associate and Consulting & Valuation Analyst at HVS, specializing in market studies and feasibility analyses. Perry holds a BS in Education from Florida Atlantic University and an MS in International Real Estate from Florida International University.
